Payment & Policies
- We accept all forms of payment except cash. The name on the card must match the renter, and a valid photo ID matching that name is required at check-in.
- Mandatory waiver required to be signed during the registration process.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled rental are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental time are non-refundable. No-shows and late arrivals are also non-refundable. If we must cancel your rental due to unsafe weather or water conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.

Requirements & Check-In
Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. All waivers, driver's license, and the boater's safety test must be completed prior to arrival.
Age Restrictions
Riders must be 18 or older to rent. Riders as young as 14 may drive with a guardian aboard.
Health & Safety
For safety reasons, this rental is not suitable for those who are pregnant.
